Unspoken Rules of Society

Hey guys! It's Friday & that means it's the weekend and I'm most excited because it means another weekend full of watching Supernatural! Go Sam & Dean you can fight them demons and other paranormal things.

I'm being very much side tracked here, so let's get back on track. This post is just a list of things that are what I feel is the unspoken rules of Society. I've said some of this in such a jokey manner, but I hope you don't take any to this to heart.

- Whilst out in public, if you have got your headphones in that means you don't want to be spoke to! However there's always that 1 salesman that is selling you Sky packages in your local shopping center, that tries to stop you and have a conversation. Which leaves me like, can you not see my headphones, please just don't talk to me.

- Always say thank you to someone whose held the door open for you! There's always that one prick that normally strutting around in a suit, sun glasses and a shoulder bag that never says thank you! Prick, next time I will slam the door in your face then!

- This is one of my favourites. Them dickheads that are on the phone, and they find the need to yell the conversation down the phone. Mate, if you are going to yell down the phone you might as well just yell in general they will still be able to hear you. Don't be a knob about phone calls.

- You know when you've written a long ass text messages about something important & the fucker replies with 'K'. Bitch please, I don't want just 'K' put some effort in and put an 'O' in front of it.

- You know when you're in a rush and the highstreet is heaving with people, however there's always that one group people that stand in the most awkward area ever. They block up the path and cause more congestion. I know you might of seen Doris from around the corner whilst out shopping however don't stand in the middle of the highstreet blocking it up. All you start thinking of is 'Move bitch, get out the way!'

- When you are casually standing in the lift and you reach the floor you're destine for. Just as the door opens and you start walking out of the lift there some woman with a pram and screaming kids, who is determined about getting of the lift that she is too rude to let you off. Remember let someone off before getting on.

- If you are going to be eating around me I would suggest that you eat with your mouth shut. Please don't eat like a horse.

Right so this is another jokey sort of post. I hoped you enjoyed this. If you've got any other things that are classed as the Unspoken rules of society then let me know.

Have a brilliant day and a fabulous weekend!
Much Love

Instagramers I Love #1

I have been absolutely been loving Instagram recently. I really do love an Instagram that has a theme or is very sporadic and has lots of photos of lots of random things.

I thought I would just make a little list of people who I've been loving so much.

Phases Of Robyn

I absolutely love Robyn's Instagram, it's full of fashion posts which I do love. She has a theme on her Instagram which I just can't get enough of. I do love how clean her photos are. I especially love her outfit photos they are just, on point.

Paige

Paige's Instagram feed is something that I love because of the fact that she posts everything from flowers, to beauty products, to building and scenery. This is the sort of Instagram feed that I adore more than others right now because of the fact that she posts something different every time. Plus as well she takes photos of her days out & that is something I love to see. I like seeing what people get up to on their days out. So I just love Paige's Instagram.

Stylesunrise_

I love Karen's Instagram feed. Whenever I see Karen upload a photo I get excited. Her photos are so clean and they always look so pretty and I'm quite jealous of her feed. She posts so regularly so you know you will never get bored with her feed.

So these are just 3 of my favourite Instagramer's, let me know what you think about them. Do let me know who are you're favourite Instagramers.

I will see you in a couple of days for another post. Have a amazing day!
Much love

Unspoken Rules of Sex

This is a topic I never thought I would be talking about however, I'm going to be talking about the "Unspoken Rules Of Sex".

I personally find that these are things that can be laughed at but some of them I think we should stand by. Don't take these to heart if you do some of these.

  • Don't be a child about it, there's so many weird noise's that happen during sex. Get over it.
  • Make sure you pee after sex, avoids getting form of infection in your, ya'know! Don't want to be showing it off to the doctors now do you.
  • If you receive oral it's something that you return the favour. Don't be greedy about it!
  • Don't forget to take of your bloody socks. I might be guilty of this one because I always have cold feet and don't like them getting cold. But take of your socks, it's not sexy.
  • Make sure you are fresh down there! It doesn't have to smell like you've bathed in perfume however no one wants to smell something that should be on the fishmongers stall.
  • Us women have nailed this one down on the men in our lives. However if a woman says "Don't stop, I'm about to cum" 50% of the time your fella with explode his load and destroy your chance of having an orgasm. It's a glitch in man that haven't been patched.
  •  Don't lie about being on contraception. If you are on the pill remember to take it. If you've gotten to take it when tell your sexual partner that you've forgotten about it. Yes it's awkward however it could be more awkward later on in your life.
  • Never tell your partner whether that your fantasy is their best friend if they ask about your fantasy. I can only imagine that it could only end in disaster, or some really good sex.
  • Keep those finger nails trimmer. Nobody wants to have long un-kept nails inside of them during foreplay. Make sure you are clean and hygienic.
There's a big difference between a fetish and felony. Try not to go over that line, but if you do then make sure you have a safe word. Go for "pineapple" or "relish"

Please don't take all these to heart. I've said some of them as a light hearted joke. If you can stand by some of them then please let me know.I hope you found this funny or relate-able then please let me know!

Boots Botanics Radiance Concentrate Serum Review

Welcome back guys! I'm very excited to see just start talking about this Boots Botanics Radiance Concentrate Serum.

This serum is something that I wanted to include on my routine heading into the summer, because I want to have my skin looking brighter and looking a lot more healthier.

This product is designed to be used after washing your face and before moisturising. I do love the thought of this product brightening the dark areas of my skin. I do suffer with dark skin down the sides of my face that I would love to make lighter and brighter. I'm very self aware of my darker skin that is on my face.

Now I've only been using this for a couple of days so I've not noticed a major difference within my skin. However I will keep you guys updated on how my skin is looking. What I've noticed so far with the product, it hasn't dried out my skin and it hasn't made break out either which I'm so glad about because of the fact that I suffer with such sensitive skin anyway.

I forgot what this product cost me when purchasing it with in store however I think it was around £4.

Have you used this product before? Or any of the Boots Botanics range? Let me know below! What's your favourite brightening or general skin serum to use on your skin?

Simple Protecting Moisture Cream with SPF 30 Review

Well hello there! Welcome back.. it's a Wednesday, that means it's Hump Day!! For most of us this is something that we hate so much, which I can fully understand. I hate Wednesday and sometimes I need a pick me up so I went shopping and found this gem of a moisturiser.

This is the Simple Protecting Moisture Cream with SPF 30. This moisturiser is amazing and I love the fact that it's got so many good things running for it.

I've always loved the Simple skin care range and I've tried their rich moisturiser before which I've reviewed before and if you haven't seen it then click here. However this one has an interesting thing about it, which is that it's a pump bottle. I don't think I've seen another high street drug store moisturiser that is a pump bottle. The pump bottle has its perks because it will keep the product inside fresher for longer. I found personally pump products are easier to travel with because you haven't got the worry of the bottle/tube of it leaking within your bag.

The fact that the product will be kept more fresh via the pump bottle is something that I love in general. It's more hygienic and is something that I think that everyone can relate too.

This product is very moisturising just like their other moisturisers.

Something else I love about Simple is the minimal amount of ingredients that they use within their products. This is something that my skin loves. There's nothing in the product that has irritate my sensitive skin, so it's a bit thumbs up there.

There's something that stands out a lot for me when using this product and this is the protection part of it. I like the fact you can take this product on holiday with you and use it comfortably in the sun due to the SPF 30. I find normally that the skin care that contains an SPF is often just an SPF 10 or 15. This product can be used with such comfort that you know your skin on your face is protected from the sun's UV rays.

I will say the product does contain almond oil so if you have a nut allergy which almond oil effects then don't use the product.

I purchased this product within Boots at around £4, I think. So it's very purse friendly in my opinion and I'm definetly going to purchasing this product again. It does everything that I could ask for in a moisturiser as well as protecting my skin.

It's very travel friendly this is due to it being so small in size. This will be a must have in my suitcase for my holiday in Crete which is will be here sooner than what I think.

I think you should try this product in you are look for a new drugstore moisturiser. I hope you have enjoyed this post! Have you got a favourite skin moisturiser, you swear by then I think you should let me know!

Stay safe out there & keep your eyes peeled for a giveaway that should be going live soon as I reach 1700 Twitter followers. Talk to you soon, shall see you again Friday!

Much Love

Motivational Monday Hit List!

Do you find Mondays' a struggle? Start of the working week? or even its the hump day of you working week?

I know I personally struggle with a Monday even though it's the second day of my "working" week. I struggle with a normal week in general but a Monday is always the worst day for me, for some strange reason.

Recently I've been struggling to keep myself organised. My mind is not with it, I'm not planning anything anymore nor keeping to anything that I plan, which is bad I know.

Well I thinking that I'm going to make a hit list of everything, I've got to do by the end of week. I do find that sometimes writing things down on a post it note or in a organiser does nothing for me at time. I find sometimes writing something down that other people can see will make me do the jobs that I've got to do. Some of these jobs have been on my list for a while and need to be done.

- Tidy that god damn pig sty of a bedroom. Get the sacks of clothes you bagged up weeks ago down stairs and get the crap sorted out in general.
- Make sure you film a YouTube video this week.. You failed last week because you just wanted to chill out in bed watching Supernatural with Tristan.
- See that not very white car you own, you know the one you haven't cleaned in around what feels about 100000 years. That needs to be cleaned. Yes, you have to do the inside as well. (If you knew how bad the inside of my car was you would be crying in pain for me.)
- Start planning posts ahead of time.. instead of rushing home at midnight after finishing work and quickly writing a post up. *cough* Not doing that now at all *trying not to look guilty*

Stop colouring in just for a day or 2 and focus your attention. (which I must add is like a goldfish) and get things done. Please Kim.. sort it out.

How do you get yourself motivated and ready to attack all the jobs you've got to do? Let me know... I'm needing some motivation to get myself sorted out. I want to sort myself out. I really don't know what's happened to me recently. Send me some love girls. What are your tips and tricks?

Hopefully if I'm motivated enough I have completed a couple of things that are on my list of jobs to do by the next time I post. We can only hope!

Until next time!

No 7 Beautiful Skin Radiance Exfoliator Review

So I have been digging around in the many boxes of beauty products & throwing out stuff that is old. When I came across this little gem. This gem came out of the No 7 Christmas Advent Calendar for 2015. I decided to give it a try because I left like my skin care routine needed a switch up due to my skin had started to become dry and horrible.

This product is really really nice and has fitted into my skin care routine so easily. I'm amazed at the fact it has helped m skin so much. I love using this of a night time to make sure my makeup is completely off my skin. I usually find that my other skin care washes don't always work as well as this when taking my makeup off.

If you are wondering the micro beads that are in the formula, are not very rough and are very gentle at exfoliating the skin. It's definitely suitable for sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated mine at all. I find that a lot of product irritate my skin, I have to find the right balance.

This product was only a sample size but I have using it for the last 2 weeks and I think I would still have around a weeks worth of product still in the tube. I haven't seen this product on the shelves in Boots when I've been shopping which has been a real bummer because I would recommend it so much.

If you know where I can get my hands on this product please let me know! I want it to be in my skin care routine all the time.

What's your favourite skin care product that you use within your routine? Please let me know, I love finding new products!

See you guys on Friday with another post!

I Hate This Technic Matte Eyeshadow Palette..

This is a little eye shadow palette that I'm so disappointed in unfortunately! I don't like saying it but it's something that I'm staying away from because it's just blurghh!

So this eyeshadow palette is one that I showed in a haul a couple of months ago now. I'm not going to lie I forgot about it until I started sorting out my makeup collection. This palette is the Technic Matte Eyeshadow Palette in Grey. It only cost something like £3. So it's cheap and definitely not cheerful.

I'm not going to lie I liked the pallete because of the fact that it has a range of colours that are the ones that I find I'm forever needing to help create that smokey eye look. However these crumbled and flaked of quicker than I can say a good thing about the product.

The formula is horrendous, it's crumbles in the pan after you've put a brush in it. The pigmentation is about as good as a pig flying. I've swatched the colours above and every single one of them was disappointing.  I was trying to be a bit positive when I first got them but now I have rediscovered it in my collection I hate it so much. I want to throw it in the bin however I don't want to waste the money.

I wish I had tried this in a store before buying it from boohoo.com which is where I found this brand. That I know of TK Maxx also stock them and I wouldn't spend the couple of pounds that it's worth on it. I would go and buy some Makeup Revolution bits if I was you.

I have got another eyeshadow pallete from them and it's just as bad. I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole if I was you.

Have you tried this brand? If so let me know what your thoughts are. Mine are all bad... Sorry Technic, it could be done a bit differently.

Until Next Time,
Kim

Things That Literally Everyone Can Relate To!

I've found recently that I'm have them awkward moments
, you know what I mean when I start listing them!

- When someone is waving in your direction however you don't know whether they are waving at you or not. So being the awkward weirdo like you are, you decide to wave back to find that they weren't waving at you. They were waving at their friend behind you!

- When your off in your day dream like you normally are, *cough* KIM! You find that you've been caught staring at the same person for you think feels like a thousand years! I do this more often end up in my little world and find I've been staring at an old lady in the coffee shop!

- I do this quite often! I always end up making a prat of myself! Reading something on your phone or thinking of a memory and laughing out loud about it. What makes it worse is that your always on your own! How much more awkward could that get!

- When your talking to someone and you don't quite hear what they were saying, but you've already said "what?" Or "pardon" 3 times already so you just end basing your reaction upon what their face is saying! So most of the time I end up laughing, smile and nodding. I've not been work so far! Haha!

- Don't you hate it being all curled up and comfy on the sofa and as you re-position yourself because your left bum cheeky has gone numbs because you've sat your arse for most of a Saturday night. Causing what can only be described as a fart sound to appear out of no where, then you spend the next 10 minute trying to persuade your partner that it weren't you, it was the sofa! You can never seem to make the sofa do that noise when you need it too!

What do you find yourself doing that you get embarrassed about it? Let me know below!

Until Next Time!

The Beauty Blogger Tag

This is the first time I've ever heard of this tag but the lovely Eleanor from Eleanor - Graceful have tagged me in this lovely tag. So Eleanor has asked me to answer these 10 questions then I will tag other beauty bloggers to answer 10 questions that I have listed below. Let's get into this then.

1. What is a beauty tip you would like to share?

Ooo there are so many beauty tips that I use to help however I think that having Q-tips are a must in a handbag or clutch. I love having Q-Tips in my handbag because if my mascara or eyeshadow has smudge I can tidy it up by using a Q-Tip and some water or Micellar water, without creating to much of a mess.

2. If you could tell your 16 year old self anything about beauty, what would it be?

I would tell myself to actually start wearing makeup. I only start really wearing makeup when I was 18/19 years old. I feel like I was a late bloomer into the world of makeup, I was a right tom boy when it came to my appearance until I was like 18/19 years old.  Tristan was a big help with my entering into the world of makeup surprisingly, he helped me choose things and didn't care whether I wore it or not. If he could love me when I would wake up at 2:30am to go to work with no makeup on, then his a man that can deal with me wearing makeup too!

3. What is your go-to foundation?

I have one go to foundation which is the Revlon Color Stay in the shade 150 Buff. It's the most amazing matte finish.

4. What is your nighttime skin regime?

I'm really bad at having a night time routine considering that I don't get home from work until just gone midnight so by the time I get home I'm tired to do anything! I'm not going to lie! It's normally a baby wipe if I remember!  Please don't judge me on that one!

5. What beauty product can you not live without?

Would you class perfume as a beauty product. Probably not. I do love my perfume though! I feel like I'm complete when I have mascara on even if I have no foundation on.

6. What bloggers inspire you?

This list could go on for literally ever. However lets shrink it down to a small handful! I absolutely love Monste from Monsteurbeauty, Vix from Vix Meldrew, Holly from Holly Castell, Aime Hayward,

7. How long have you been writing your beauty blog and why did you start it?

I have only been blogging since last September, I'm fairly new at this compared to some people in the blogging community. It started blogging as I wanted to find something to do that didn't destroy my body! I played way to much sport growing up and it's taken a horrible toll on my body! I literally use to do around 40 hours of sport a week, and my knees they are screwed from it all. I bare go a day no without having some form of support on my body just to get through the day!

8. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

This is a hard question for me to answer because if I'm going to work it will take about 15 to do makeup and get dressed and do my usual messy bun for work! Cmon I haven't got to look pretty for my job, I work in a warehouse! I'm one of the "lads" most of the time with the types of conversations that happen. Well I'm completely off topic! Sorry! If I'm getting ready for a day of shopping or a lunch date with Tristan then it could take me up to an hour if not longer to be ready because it can take me 45 minutes just to straighten my hair. It's way too long.

9. Statement lip or statement eye?

Hands down this has to be a statement eye look. I find the first thing I look at when I see someone's is their eyes! I find it an easier thing to do for myself personally! I'm not one for bold lip looks because I am too scared to wear bold lip looks and my lips are forever dry I apply lip balm like it's going out of fashion daily!

10. Are there any beauty looks that you are ashamed of?
I'm not sure what you by this, however I don't quite understand why woman contour themselves so much that they don't even look like themselves anymore. Especially why do women contour their boobs! I understand you want to add depth and dimension to the face but you don't want to alter the way you look completely!

Now I have tagged the following lovelies within this tag post, I'm going to take some youtubers in this because I think it would be lovely to see them take part in this tag.

Leah from Leahxo
Leah from LeahXL
Christina from Xtina G Says
Lisa from Lisa G
Leonni from Leonni's Little Blog
Laura from What Laura Blogged Next
Monste from Beauteur
Saira from Through The Glitter Glass

What I would love to know!

1.  If you could only use one product on your face in your makeup routine, what would you use?
2. What is your everyday look consist of?
3. Are you more high street brands or high end luxury?
4. What is your must have, top shelf makeup product in your collection?
5. What is your favourite brush in your collection?
6. Skin care routine is as important, what is your skin care routine?
7. What is your least favourite part of your beauty routine?
8. Try to be honest about this one, how long does it take you to get ready?
9. Do you have a beauty wishlist? If so let me know what's in your wishlist.
10. Are you on the beauty trends like a hawk, or you like a sloth when jumping onto the band wagon?

I can't wait to see your responses! I hope you have a fabulous day!

Garnier Fresh Essentials 24Hr Hydrating Day Cream

Hey guys! I'm back with a little beauty post featuring this Garnier Fresh Essentials 24hr Hydrating Day Cream. I'm on a hunt for a new facial moisturiser. Whilst nipping into the supermarket to pick up some nibble bits, I found myself down the Health & Beauty aisle and I picked up this day cream From Garnier.

It is designed for normal/combination skin which is what I have, plus it is enriched with Grape Water. Grape Water is perfect for helping the skin becoming more refreshed and it full with anti-oxidants & vitamin E.

I found it to be very hydrating & I loved the feel of it after using it. I thought this was a product that would be kept on my top shelf off my beauty table. That was until I woke up and the following morning I woke to find I had broke out so badly. I hadn't changed any part of my skin care routine nor had I eaten a large amount of junk food either.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has sensitive skin like myself because it caused me to break out so badly. It was fairly cheap I think it was £3 from Tesco's. So it's a cheap product.

Until Next Time
